chbB promoter
ChbB promotor is the promotor of chitobiose operon. It has the NagC, ChbR and CAP binding sites and can be activated by N -acetylglucosamine disaccharide, chitobiose. [More information is available at EcoCyc: EG10143].
The chbB promotor was obtained from E.coli MG1655 through PCR. And we remove the strong NagC binding site.
